I write in support of the USPTO Guidelines. They are clear and correct.
In 2005 my PhD thesis entitled 'The Patenting of Biological Materials in 
the context of TRIPS' was published. It is attached. The thesis supports 
the USPTO's interpretation of the AMP v Myriad interpretation.
