Notice of Suspension

   Ralph L. Marzocco, of Dayton, Ohio, whose registration number is 27,698,
has been suspended, as of November 27, 2000, for an indeterminate period
from practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. This
action is taken pursuant to 35 U.S.C.   32, and 37 CFR    10.155(d), and
10.159(b).
