Notice of Suspension

   Byron W. Cooper, of Palo Alto, California, a patent attorney
whose registration number is 39,484, was suspended, nunc pro tunc, for
30 days from January 5, 2000 to February 4, 2000, from practice before
the United States Patent and Trademark Office in patent, trademark, and
other non-patent law cases pursuant to the provisions of 35 U.S.C.
32, and 37 C.F.R.  10.133(g).
