Notice of Suspension

   John A. Frazzini, of Campbell, California and Littleton,
Colorado, whose registration number is 29,307, has been suspended, as
of March 14, 2001, for an indeterminate period from practice before the
United States Patent and Trademark Office. This action is taken
pursuant to 35 U.S.C.    32, and 37 CFR      10.133(g), and 10.159(b)
upon consideration of the Order, dated December 12, 2000, of the
Supreme Court, State of Colorado, transferring Mr. Frazzini to
disability inactive status.
