whose registration number is 26,891, has been suspended for three
months beginning May 9, 2001, from practice before the United States
Patent and Trademark Office in patent, and non-patent law cases,
pursuant to the provisions of 35 U.S.C.    32, and 37 C.F.R.
10.133(g).

five years beginning nunc pro tunc July 30, 1996, from

patent, trademark, and other non-patent law cases pursuant the
provisions of 35 U.S.C.    32 and 37 CFR    10.133(g).
