Notice Of Suspension


   Michael Hurey of Los Angeles, CA, a patent agent, whose
registration number is 33,513, has been suspended for four years,
beginning 30 days from May 3, 2001, from practice before the United
States Patent and Trademark Office in patent, and non-patent law cases
pursuant to the provisions of 35 U.S.C.    32, and 37 C.F.R.
10.133(g).
