Notice of Exclusion


   Iman 'Al-Amin. Abdallah, of New York, New York, and New Jersey,
whose registration number is 30,239, not having filed an appeal from
the initial decision of an Administrative Law Judge dated June 6, 2001,
has been excluded, as of Saturday, July 27, 2001, from practice before
the United States Patent and Trademark Office in patent, trademark, and
other non-patent law. This action is taken pursuant to 35 U.S.C.    32,
and 37 CFR      10.155(d), and 10.159(b).
