Notice of Exclusion

   Alan G. Greenberg of Minnetonka, MN, whose registration number
is 22,989, not having filed an appeal from the initial decision of an
Administrative Law Judge dated August 21, 2001, has been excluded, as
of Wednesday, October 10, 2001, from practice before the United States
Patent and Trademark Office in patent, trademark, and other non-patent
law. This action is taken pursuant to 35 U.S.C.    32, and 37 CFR
10.155(d), and 10.159(b).
