                             Notice of Exclusion


   Maria Reichmanis, of Aiken, SC, and whose Registration Number
is 37,220, not having filed an appeal from the initial decision of an
Administrative Law Judge dated November 8, 2001, has been excluded, as
of Friday, December 28, 2001, from practice before the United States
Patent and Trademark Office in patent, trademark, and other non-patent
law. This action is taken pursuant to 35 U.S.C.    32, and 37 CFR
10.155(d), and 10.159(b).
