                              Notice of Complaint

   A complaint against Steven Dale Gilliam initiating a
disciplinary proceeding under 37 C.F.R.   10.134 has been lodged with
an Administrative Law Judge.

   The complaint has been twice mailed in accordance with 37
C.F.R.   10.135(a)(2)(i) and (b) by first-class mail to Mr. Gilliam at
the address for which separate notice was last received by the Director
of Enrollment and Discipline. The United States Postal Service has been
unable to deliver the complaint. Mr. Gilliam is hereby notified that he
may obtain a copy of the complaint upon written request addressed to
the Director of Enrollment and Discipline, OED, P.O. Box 16116,
Arlington, VA 22215. Mr. Gilliam is further notified that unless such
request is made and an answer is filed on or before August 8, 2002 it
will be presumed that he does not desire to answer the complaint, and a
decision by default may be entered against him.
