   In the notice of Certificate of Correction appearing in October
16, 2002 O.G., Vol. 1251 O.G. 94, delete all reference to Patent No.
6,166,477 issue of October 16, 2002, the number was erroneously
mentioned and should be deleted since no certificate of correction was
issued.
