                              Notice of Reprimand

   Todd Wengrovsky, of Calvert, NY, a person not registered to
practice patent law before the USPTO. In settlement of a complaint, the
General Counsel, on behalf of the Director of the United States Patent
and Trademark Office, has ordered that Mr. Wengrovsky be reprimanded
subject to terms. This action is taken pursuant to the provisions of 35
U.S.C. 32 and 37 C.F.R. 10.133(g).
