   Lewis Eslinger, of Boynton Beach, Florida, whose registration number
is 18,558, has been excluded on consent from practice before the United
States Patent and Trademark Office in patent and trademark law cases
commencing as of July 30, 2004. This action is taken under 35 U.S.C. Sec.
32 and 37 C.F.R. Sec. 10.133(b) and (c).
