                        Notice of Exclusion on Consent

   Thomas Paul Liniak, of Potomac, Maryland, whose registration
number is 33,415, has been excluded on consent from practice before the
United States Patent and Trademark Office in patent, trademark and
other non-patent law cases, effective August 8, 2005. This action is
taken under 35 U.S.C. Sec. 32 and 37 CFR Sec. 10.133(b) and (c).
