                              Notice of Exclusion

   Peter J. Osredkar, of Eugene, Oregon, a patent attorney,
registration number 45,795, has been excluded from practice before the
United States Patent and Trademark Office in patent, trademark, and
other non-patent law cases beginning effective as of the date of the
Final Order. This exclusion is made pursuant to the provisions of 35
U.S.C. Sec. 32 and 37 C.F.R. Sec. 10.133(g).
