                             Notice of Complaint
                             Richard T. Peterson

   A complaint against Richard T. Peterson initiating a
disciplinary proceeding under 37 C.F.R. 10.134 has been lodged with an
Administrative Law Judge.

   The complaint has been twice mailed in accordance with 37 C.F.R.
10.135(a)(2)(i) and (b) by first-class mail to Mr. Peterson at the
address in Washington, D.C. for which separate notice was last received by
the Director of Enrollment and Discipline. The United States Postal
Service has been unable to deliver the complaint and twice returned the
complaint to the Director.

   Mr. Peterson is hereby notified that he may obtain a copy of the
complaint upon written request addressed to the Director of Enrollment
and Discipline, OED, P.O. Box 16116, Arlington, VA 22215. Mr. Peterson
is further notified that unless an answer is timely filed pursuant to
37 C.F.R. Sec. 10.135(b) it will be presumed that he does not desire to
answer the complaint, and a decision by default may be entered against
him.
