                             Notice of Suspension


   Kenneth R. Schaefer, of Point Pleasant, New Jersey, a patent attorney,
Registration No. 20,409, has been suspended from practice before the United
States Patent and Trademark Office in patent, trademark, and other
non-patent law cases for three months, beginning effective as of the date
of the Final Order. This action by the USPTO Director is taken pursuant to
the provisions of 35 U.S.C. Sec. 32, and 37 C.F.R. Sec. 10.133(g).
