                             Notice of Complaint

   A complaint against John Vander Weit, Jr., initiating a disciplinary
proceeding against him under 37 C.F.R. Sec. 10.134, has been filed with an
Administrative Law Judge.

   The complaint has been mailed twice to Mr. Vander Weit, Jr., at the
address for which the Director last received separate notice. Because the
U.S. Postal Service returned both copies, the Director is hereby serving
Mr. Vander Weit, Jr., via publication pursuant to 37 C.F.R. Sec. 10.135(b).

   Mr. Vander Weit, Jr., may obtain a copy of the complaint upon written
request addressed to the Director of Enrollment and Discipline, OED, P.O.
Box 16116, Arlington, VA 22215.

                             Notice of Complaint

   A complaint against Edward L. Tezak initiating a disciplinary proceeding
under 37 C.F.R. Sec. 10.134 has been lodged with an Administrative Law
Judge.

   The complaint has been twice mailed in accordance with 37 C.F.R. Sec.
10.135(a) and (b) by first-class mail to Mr. Tezak in Mukilteo, WA and once
to Mr. Tezak in Everett, WA. The first attempted service was made by
first-class certified mail to a post office box address in Mukilteo, WA as
well as to a street address in Everett, WA. The second attempted service
was made by first-class certified mail only to the post office box address
in Mukilteo, WA. The United States Postal Service has been unable to
deliver the complaint and returned all service copies to the Director.

   Mr. Tezak is hereby notified that he may obtain a copy of the complaint
upon written request addressed to the Director of Enrollment and
Discipline, OED, P.O. Box 16116, Arlington, VA 22215. Mr. Tezak is further
notified that unless an answer is timely filed pursuant to 37 C.F.R. Sec.
10.135(b), it will be presumed that he does not desire to answer the
complaint, and a decision by default may be entered against him.
