patentees rendered June 1, 2007, as to claims 1-8.

   Patent No. 5,865,232, Thomas A. Miller, Darrel C. Pinkston, METHOD AND
APPARATUS FOR CUTTING VENEER SHEETS FROM A TAPERED FLITCH, Interference No.
105,215, final judgment adverse to the patentees rendered May 14, 2007, as
to claim 1.
