                           New Title for Members of
                       Trademark Trial and Appeal Board

   The Chairman and Members of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board have 
been authorized to use the respective titles Chief Administrative 
Trademark Judge and Administrative Trademark Judge for signing all 
correspondence and decisions, and for other business-related activities.
   The respective titles of Chairman and Member will continue to be the
official titles for personnel, budget and fiscal purposes.
