TRADEMARK PUBLICATIONS (208) Separation of the Patent and Trademark Sections of the Official Gazette Effective February 2, 1971, the Official Gazette will be separated into two parts to be known as the Patent Official Gazette and the Trademark Official Gazette * * * * * Orders for subscriptions should be addressed to Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, D.C. 20402. Also effective February 2, 1971, the Official Gazette will no longer contain "Decisions in Patent and Trademark Cases." Decisions of the type heretofore found in the "Decisions in Patent and Trademark Cases" are published by non-Federal organizations such as, for example, the Bureau of National Affairs, Inc., 1231 25th St. NW., Washington, D.C. 20037, and West Publishing Co., 50 Kellogg Blvd., St. Paul, Minn. 55102. Finally, the "Decisions Leaflet" of the Official Gazette will no longer be supplied as a separate subscription item after January 26, 1971. According to present plans, however, both the Patent Official Gazette and the Trademark Official Gazette will have identical "Patent Office Notices" sections containing notices of the various types heretofore published in the Gazette decision leaflet and Trademark Section. Those notices of particular interest to Patent Office employees will be accumulated and published approximately every fourth week, and distributed separately to employees. Dec. 29, 1970 WILLIAM E. SCHUYLER, JR. Commissioner of Patents [882 TMOG 33]
