[ 46. A system for ensuring an electronic communication being sent by a user to two or more recipients, each recipient having at least one associated email address, telephone number and/or title, is not sent to another conflicting recipient, comprises:
a. means for receiving one or more parameters identifying conditions for a conflicting recipient for each recipient;
b. means for storing said parameters;
c. means for comparing the parameters of each recipient of said electronic communication with said parameters of other recipients to determine whether any of the other recipients is a conflicting recipient;
d. means for stopping the sending of the electronic communication when said comparing means determines at least one conflicting recipient;
e. means for notifying the user of each conflicting recipient as determined by said comparing means and the parameters that identify each conflicting recipient; and
f. means for sending the electronic communication when said comparing means does not determine at least one conflicting recipient, wherein
the system is configured to perform each of the following:
never send an electronic communication to a particular conflicting recipient,
never send an electronic communication to a conflicting recipient with a particular second level domain name,
never send an electronic communication to a particular conflicting recipient if another conflicting recipient is on a list of conflicting recipients,
never send an electronic communication to a conflicting recipient unless another particular conflicting recipient is also on the list of conflicting recipients,
never send an electronic communication to recipients with conflicting second level domain names,
delete an electronic communication to a particular conflicting recipient or conflicting recipients from the system after it is sent,
delete an electronic communication to a conflicting recipient or conflicting recipients having a particular second level domain name from the system after the electronic communication is sent, and
send an electronic communication to a particular conflicting recipient only when the electronic communication contains a single recipient.]

[ 47. A system for ensuring an electronic communication being sent by a user to two or more recipients, each recipient having at least one associated email address, telephone number and/or title, is not sent to another conflicting recipient, comprises:
a. means for receiving one or more parameters identifying conditions for a conflicting recipient for each recipient;
b. means for storing said parameters;
c. means for comparing the parameters of each recipient of said electronic communication with said parameters of other recipients to determine whether any of the other recipients is a conflicting recipient;
d. means for stopping the sending of the electronic communication when said comparing means determines at least one conflicting recipient;
e. means for notifying the user of each conflicting recipient as determined by said comparing means and the parameters that identify each conflicting recipient; and
f. means for sending the electronic communication when said comparing means does not determine at least one conflicting recipient, wherein the system is configured to perform each of the following:
only send if a recipient is in the system, wherein the recipient is created or imported from a user's address book or contact list or set up by a system administrator.
not send if a recipient is not in the system,
not send if a recipient is identified as a conflicting recipient.
only send if a recipient's email address has a specific second level domain name that is in the system,
not send if a recipient's email address has a specific second level domain name that is in the system,
not send if a recipient's email address has a specific second level domain name that conflicts with another specific second level domain name,
only send if a recipient's relationship list of required recipients is all included in the distribution list of recipients,
not send if a recipient's relationship list of required recipients is not all included in the distribution list of recipients,
if the distribution list of recipients includes a recipient with an email address having a specific second level domain name, the electronic communication is only sent if the distribution list of recipients includes all other email addresses with the same second level domain name in the system,
if the distribution list of recipients includes a recipient with an email address having a specific second level domain name, the electronic communication is only sent if the distribution list of recipients includes all other email addresses with a particular, different, second level domain name in the system,
if the distribution list of recipients includes a recipient with an email address having a specific sub-domain name and second-level domain name, the electronic communication is only sent if the distribution list of recipients includes all other email addresses with the same sub-domain name and second-level domain name in the system.]
