Join the Dallas Regional Chamber for a special panel discussion on the preliminary impacts of the United States Patent and Trademark Office's effort to decentralize operations with the establishment of regional offices. Facilitated by the USPTO's Interim Director, Joseph Matal, the panelists will also discuss where they believe the state of invention is headed.
In special partnership with the Texas General Counsel Forum, the DRC will provide attendees with the opportunity to hear from leaders in intellectual property protection; academic research and commercialization; and invention and startup foundation.
Matal will facilitate a conversation with 2017 DRC Chair Hilda Galvan, patent attorney and Partner-in-Charge at Jones Day; Frank Grassler, Vice President of Technology Development at UT Southwestern; and Richard Margolin, Chief Technology Officer and Founder of Robokind Advanced Social Robotics.
