Multiple Systems Maintenance
The OCIO will perform routine maintenance affecting multiple systems for two consecutive days.
- The first day of maintenance will be from midnight-5:30 a.m. ET on Wednesday, July 16.
- The second day of maintenance will be from midnight-5:30 a.m. ET on Thursday, July 17.
During the maintenance periods, user access to the following applications may be interrupted:
- API Key Manager
- Certified Copy Center (CCC)
- Cooperative Patent Classification (CPC)
- Fee Processing (Fees)
- MyUSPTO
- Office of Enrollment and Discipline - Customer Interface (OEDCI)
- Patent Center
- Patent Trial and Appeal Case Tracking System (PTACTS)
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)

- Trademark Electronic Application System International- (TEASi)
- Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA)

- Sequence Listing Information Control (SLIC)

- Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Center (TTAB-Center)
- Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)
Patent Customers: During the maintenance period, impacted applicants may refer to our Filing Documents during an Outage page for other alternative filing methods.
PTAB/P-TACTS Customers: If your deadline is today for the petition filing and/or other associated documents to a pending America Invents Act (AIA) case and you cannot file electronically via Patent Trial and Appeal Case Tracking System (P-TACTS), you may use an alternate filing method. Please visit the P-TACTS FAQ page: https://www.uspto.gov/sites/default/files/documents/p-tacts_faqs_20221007.pdf and see A2 for information concerning your America Invents Act (AIA) petition filing and/or document filing using P-TACTS alternative filing methods
