eAcquisitions Tool (ACQ) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on the eAcquisitions Tool (ACQ) beginning at 8 p.m. ET on Thursday, January 22 and ending at 1 a.m. ET on Friday, January 23.
During this maintenance window, ACQ will be unavailable.
Vendor Portal Maintenance
The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on Vendor Portal beginning at 8 p.m. ET on Thursday, January 22 and ending at 1 a.m. ET on Friday, January 23.
During this maintenance window, Vendor Portal will be unavailable.
Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on the Trademark System from midnight-5.30 a.m. ET on Friday, January 23.
During the maintenance period, the following systems will remain available, but mark images and documents will be unavailable:
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
- Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
- Trademark eOG (TM-eOG)
- Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR)
During the maintenance period, the following systems will be unavailable:
- Trademark Content Management System (TM-CMS)
- Trademark center (TM-eFile)
- Trademark Trial and Appeals - Reading Room (TTAB-RR)
