Planned Network Maintenance

There is planned Network (Netskope Upgrade - Release 135) maintenance scheduled for the following dates and times:

  • Beginning at 8 p.m. ET on Wednesday, March 4 and ending at 12 a.m. ET on Thursday, March 5
  • Beginning at 8 p.m. ET on Thursday, March 5 and ending at 12 a.m. ET on Friday, March 6
  • Beginning at 9 p.m. ET on Tuesday, March 10 and ending at 1 a.m. ET on Wednesday, March 11

Users may experience intermittent disruptions during this time.

Avoid the use of any USPTO applications that utilize the internet or intranet during the scheduled maintenance.

Patent Public Search (PPUBS) Maintenance

The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on PPUBS from 11:59 p.m. ET on Friday, March 6 until 1:30 a.m. ET on Saturday, March 7.  

During this deployment period, PPUBS will be unavailable.

Trademark System Maintenance

The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on the Trademark System from 12:01-9 a.m. ET on Saturday, March 7. 

During the maintenance period, the following systems will remain available, but mark images and documents will be unavailable:

  • Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) with limited capability
  • TMI will be available with limited capability
  • Trademark center will not be available
  • TM-eOG will not be available
  • Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA) with limited capability
  • Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Center (TTAB-Center) with limited capability
  • Trademark Trial and Appeals-Reading Room (TTAB-RR) with limited capability
