Mr. Bousfield’s practice focuses on mechanical and electro-mechanical patents. Mr. Bousfield received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an LLB from the University of Toronto. He is admitted to the Ontario Bar and a registered U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Agent and registered Canadian Patent and Trademark Agent. He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, Canadian Bar Association, Intellectual Property Institute of Canada, and Professional Engineers Ontario. Finally, Mr. Bousfield has significant experience in the railroad industry, as well as experience working as a designer and test engineer for an electronic equipment manufacturer and aircraft company.
