The Patent Public Advisory Committee (PPAC) will prepare an annual report on the policies, goals, performance, budget, and user fees of the USPTO; transmit the report to the President, the Secretary of Commerce, and the Committees on the Judiciary of the Senate and the House of Representatives; and publish the report in the Official Gazette within sixty days after the end of each fiscal year.
