Experienced practitioners: Trademark ex parte expungement and reexamination proceedings

Lessons learned and best practices for petitioners

This webinar will share insights on the history and purpose of Trademark Modernization Act (TMA) proceedings, best practices for petitioners, and how these proceedings are an effective tool for clearing the register of potentially unused registrations.

It will be presented live via Webex on Tuesday, June 24, from 2-3:30 p.m. ET and will conclude with a question and answer session. Please register by June 20.

Last December marked the three-year anniversary of the new ex parte proceedings enacted as part of the TMA. Since then, we have instituted more than 2,000 TMA proceedings.
