Join the USPTO's Rocky Mountain Regional Outreach Office for a one-day, three-part seminar on garage to shelf concepts. In part one, hear from local experts on development, experimentation, and prototyping. Part two will cover funding, marketing, licensing considerations, and local resources. Our final session brings together three successful local inventors who will knit everything together as they discuss their entrepreneurial journeys, lessons learned along the way, and the importance of understanding and building their intellectual property portfolios.

This session introduces the audience to the beginning stages of a “garage to shelf” 
concept: the development and invention process; experimentation, creation, 
and prototyping; manufacturing and market strategy; and intellectual property 
considerations starting at concept.
