Do you want to learn more about the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB)? Then register today and join us for Inside PTAB.
Inside PTAB is an educational webinar designed to give students and intellectual property (IP) practitioners a glimpse into the workings of the PTAB. You will have an opportunity to view both an ex parte appeal proceeding and an AIA trial proceeding during the webinar.
In addition to the proceedings, Chief Judge Scott Boalick will deliver introductory remarks, Lead Judge Georgianna Braden will present an overview of the Board, a panel of judges will discuss effective written and oral advocacy before the PTAB, and Vice Chief Judge Janet Gongola will deliver closing remarks.
The Inside PTAB webinar will be held on August 26, from 11 a.m. ET to 4 p.m. ET.
