Topic: Strengthening your IP Internationally using the expanded Collaborative Search Pilot.
The USPTO’s Patent Quality Chat webinar continues its 2018 series in April with “Strengthening your IP Internationally using the expanded Collaborative Search Pilot”.
The Director and Program Manager from the International Work Sharing Planning and Implementation Division of the Office of International Patent Cooperation will be discussing USPTO’s expanded Collaborative Search Pilot (CSP). CSP provides those cross-filing their patent applications internationally with search results from multiple offices early in the examination process. Join us to hear more about CSP, the benefits of using this pilot and how you can take full advantage to strengthen your intellectual property internationally. We look forward to hearing about your experiences with CSP thus far, your thoughts on the current pilot program, and ways we can improve the pilot program in the future. Please send your input and questions to patentquality@uspto.gov before and during the event.
This webinar is of interest to all filing patent applications internationally – particularly with Japan (JPO) and Korea (KIPO).
No registration is necessary to attend; the Webinar Link to join is available in the left margin.
The Patent Quality Chat webinar series is presented as a part of USPTO’s continuous efforts to improve patent quality.
