Patent Wednesday, Part 3 Patent Searching

The Elijah J. McCoy Midwest Regional USPTO hosts an interactive, rotating three-part series on the patent process, resource navigation, and patent searching every third Wednesday of each month. 

  • Part One: Patent Process — October 16, 2019
  • Part Two: Types of Patent Applications and How to File — November 20, 2019
  • Part Three: Patent Searching —  December 18, 2019.

Coming to the Midwest Regional Office for an event?  Free parking is available in the parking garage at 600 River Place, adjacent to our building; view parking information. Guests must state they are visiting the USPTO. The USPTO is a federal facility and visitors are required to show a valid form of government issued ID (driver's license or passport), and may be subject to security screening.
