Stace is the Co-Founder/CEO of OME Gear, where her main focus is head of manufacturing and new product development; Co-Host of the Do It In Nature podcast; and co-author of the children’s book Rescued By Rico. Upon returning stateside, she became a business consultant, ultimately with PWC, prior to starting a consulting firm, A Salty Rim.
