Join the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) on June 5, 2025, in Washington, D.C., at a public roundtable on the OECD’s "Draft Voluntary Guidelines for Countering Illicit Trade in Counterfeit Goods on Online Marketplaces."

The draft voluntary guidelines were developed by the OECD’s Working Party on Countering Illicit Trade. They provide OECD member countries, online marketplace operators, and intellectual property rights holders with insights and best practices for local economies to enhance enforcement against counterfeit products found on online marketplaces.
