Are you interested in protecting your design in multiple countries? If so, please join the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) on Tuesday, November 14, from 3-4:30 p.m. ET, for a free virtual webinar on the benefits of filing Hague applications for international design protection.
The program is part of the USPTO’s Stakeholder Offerings and Resources (SOaR) program, a series of courses led by patent experts. It will cover these Hague applications-related subjects:
- How Hague applications are filed and examined
- Distinctions between direct and indirect applications
- Determining the effective filing date
- The meaning of new terminology being used in the process
- Where to go for assistance with the examination process
This training event is free to the public, but registration is required. Once registered, you will be emailed instructions for joining the webinar. Captioning service will be provided.
