Did you know the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) is being retired in phases? As part of our goal to modernize our IT infrastructure, we're developing Trademark Center, a new platform for trademark prosecution.

Trademark Center features a new filing system, and introduces docketing and draft-sharing capabilities. The system is still in beta, and we’re regularly adding new features, but now is a great time to learn how your advanced TEAS drafting skills translate to the new platform.

During the webinar, experts from the USPTO will share:

  • The differences between filing an application in the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) and Trademark Center
  • How to file an application
  • Key features within the system, like docketing and draft-sharing capabilities
