Managing Attorney, Law Office 130
Mr. Lincoski joined the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) as an examining attorney in November 1999. He was promoted to senior attorney in 2006 and then to managing attorney in 2010. Currently, he manages Law Office 130, also known as the "Innovation Lab," where his team supports the deployment of new internal trademark examination systems. He also serves as management lead to the USPTO's new trademark examiner search system training initiative. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Penn State University and a Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson Law.
