Enterprise Infrastructure Delivery Office

The Enterprise Infrastructure Delivery Office (EIDO) manages and monitors the agency's technology infrastructure, networks, engineering platforms, and system architecture, and develops and oversees infrastructure components (hardware, storage, firewalls). This Office's teams establish and enforce security measures, manage identity access systems, and steer capacity and performance planning for computer resources. Overall, EIDO teams are responsible for the performance and reliability of all IT infrastructure product components.
