Resource Management Office

The Resource Management Office (RMO) ensures the budgetary, contractual, and human capital resources are in place to support USPTO’s IT product investments. The Office develops, maintains, and oversees OCIO budgets, and ensures compliance with guiding fiscal regulations, policies, and procedures. This Office also manages the acquisition life cycle for IT products and services, and drives workforce strategy, planning, and development for internal OCIO resources.
