Join the Elijah J. McCoy Midwest Regional U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as we celebrate the launch of PatentConnect for Kentucky startups and inventors. Learn how PatentConnect works to protect the IP rights of Kentucky and Indiana startups and inventors in need of pro bono patent assistance. PatentConnect is the designated patent hub for Indiana and Kentucky and works to match inventors in need of low-cost patent services with volunteering patent attorneys. We'll also discuss the importance of intellectual property in creating a stronger innovation ecosystem in Kentucky.
This event is a collaboration between the Center for Intellectual Property Research at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. Representatives from each will be available to answer your general intellectual property and entrepreneurship questions.
