Now that you've finished your patent application, the last step is filing with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Learn how to use the Electronic Filing System-Web (EFS-Web) and manage your patent application online using Patent Application Information Retrieval (PAIR) system. The presentation includes an interactive tutorial, an overview of various helpful resources such as the Inventor’s Assistance Center (IAC), and information about the Patent Electronics Business Center (EBC). The event is free and open to the public.

Please note that the Silicon Valley USPTO is a federal facility. Attendees are required to present a valid form of government-issued identification (driver license or passport) and may be subject to screening to gain access.
