The U.S. Army Office of Small Business Programs is hosting its 6th annual Small Business Seminar October 9-10, 2018 during the Association of United States Army (AUSA) annual meeting in the nation’s capital. Focusing on the event’s theme: Small Business: Army’s Readiness Enabler, the seminar will spotlight panels and key speakers addressing topics such as safeguarding defense information, international trade opportunities and more. The seminar will also include a matchmaking session designed to pair small businesses with buyers from the federal government and private sector that support the Department of Defense and other federal agencies.
Held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center; the AUSA annual event will host more than 600 industry professionals and military exhibits. Equally important, the seminar will address identified socio-economic categories and the firms seeking to do business with the Army.
We invite you to join the small business seminar. The two-day seminar is free. However, you must register at: www.ausameetings.org/2018annualmeeting/, then choose yes to attend the Small Business Seminar. You may use this invitation as your relationship with the Army if you do not have any other connection with the Army. As a reminder, all attendees must provide state or federal government-issued identification upon entering the convention center. This is an opportunity to connect with industry experts to establish new partnerships.
