On Tuesday, April 30, 2013, the Office issued the April 2013 update of the TMEP. The update, which is posted on the USPTO website, incorporates Exam Guide 1-13 (Webpage Specimens as Displays Associated with the Goods) and precedential case law issued between October 1, 2012 and March 31, 2013. Minor corrections and clarifications were also made to several sections.
