Join us virtually for our fourth Public Engagement Partnership meeting on November 6 from noon to 1 p.m. ET to get an overview of free resources for parties in proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

  • Monthly webinars, including Inventor Hour and Boardside Chats
  • Resources available to parties involved in AIA trial proceedings before the PTAB

The meeting will be especially valuable for members of the public—including those in patient advocacy groups, public interest-focused nonprofits, and academia—who are interested in learning more about the patent challenge process before the PTAB.
