According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), more than 80% of goods seized over the past decade for intellectual property rights (IPR) violations came from China and Hong Kong.
Register now for this free webinar to learn how small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can protect their IPR against infringing Chinese imports. The one-hour program will feature presentations by United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) attorney advisors with extensive China IP experience. They will discuss:
- How U.S. businesses, including SMEs, can register and protect their trademarks in China
- Enforcing IPR against counterfeit and pirated goods before they leave China
- Other strategies for reducing the flow of infringing goods into the United States
During the program, there will be time allotted to respond to participants' questions.
