Join the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) Legal Experience and Advancement Program (LEAP) for an America Invents Act (AIA) oral hearing on Friday, May 17, from noon to 1:30 p.m. ET.
Practitioners will present arguments in a mock AIA trial proceeding before a panel of PTAB administrative patent judges. After arguments, the practitioners will participate in a panel discussion on the effectiveness of the arguments and approaches demonstrated during the mock argument.
