Trademark attorneys: Mastering the Trademark Center application filing system

Trademarks webinar series for attorneys and support staff.

Did you know the USPTO has introduced a new trademark filing system designed to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and case management? As part of the ongoing modernization of the trademark prosecution process, this training will give attorneys and paralegals the essential knowledge and skills needed to navigate the latest Trademark Center system updates.

During this training, USPTO experts will guide you through how to file a federal trademark application using the new system. We'll cover best practices to ensure efficient and compliant filings and key system improvements, including:

  • Draft sharing
  • Declarations and e-signatures
  • User roles and responsibilities
  • Draft and docket management
  • Default setting selection
  • Multi-factor authentication

This webinar will use a high degree of legal terminology and concepts familiar to experienced trademark professionals, but we encourage trademark filers of all experience levels to attend.

After the presentation, we’ll have a question-and-answer session. Email TMWebinar@uspto.gov to submit your questions or for more information about the event.

We’ll post a recording of this event on the Trademark videos page about three weeks after the event.
