Training Seminar on WIPO's ePCT

ePCT – WIPO’s online service for filing and managing applications for international patent protection under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT)

By filing one international patent application under WIPO’s Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), applicants can simultaneously seek protection for an invention in a large number of countries. ePCT is WIPO’s online service that makes the filing and management of international applications easier and more efficient.

This event highlights the benefits of using the ePCT system and demonstrates how to make the most of its main features, with a focus on the interests of US applicants using either USPTO or the International Bureau as receiving Office. The target group for this session are those who already have some experience with the PCT, such as patent attorneys, patent assistants and paralegals.

Speakers:
Ann Bardini, Senior Business Analyst, PCT Business Development Division, WIPO
Riadh Ben Ghachem, Associate Business Analyst, PCT Business Development Division, WIPO
