China IP: Quarterly legislation and case law update

Register now for this free program on the latest developments in intellectual property (IP) law in China. This is the first of a planned series of quarterly updates. This inaugural program will provide timely, up-to-date information on the latest IP legislative and case law developments in China during 2020 and the first half of 2021. During this period, China passed and implemented a myriad of IP-related measures.

This 90-minute program will provide an opportunity for IP attorneys, businesses, inventors, and other IP stakeholders to access a unique and concise source of information. The program will include segments on:

  • patents
  • trademarks
  • copyright
  • trade secrets
  • IP enforcement

Senior USPTO attorneys with extensive China IP experience will lead the topic-specific segments. During the program, participants can submit their questions to a dedicated email box. There will be time allotted to respond to participants’ questions.
